Ever since we upgraded to SP1 we have been getting the following error; "Report Server (SCE) cannot connect to the report server database", event ID 107.

Did you try under administration pan >> report to configure the report ?

Also try using Reporting Service Configuration under Programs>>Microsoft SQL Server 2005>>Configuration Tools to configure the report database
